SULLIVAN ACCEPTS CONVENTION ENDORSEMENT!
SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT, CT –Today Sean Sullivan was honored to have received the unanimous endorsement from the delegates in attendance at the second congressional district nominating convention. Sullivan was the former base commander of the Groton Submarine Base and spent 26 years in the United States Navy. Nominators included State Representative Pamela Sawyer of Bolton, State Representative Michael Caron of Danielson, Republican Town Committee Chairwoman Mary Ann Turner of Enfield and Former State Senator Ed Munster of East Haddam.
On receiving the endorsement of the second congressional district Sullivan said “I feel honored and humbled that people have placed their trust in me to be their candidate for Congress. Two years ago voters said they wanted change in Washington; well what change have they gotten? As a former submarine commander I know something about leadership and how to bring real change with real results. To achieve these results though it will require true leadership for tough times and I am looking forward to making my case to second district voters this November.”
